Returns & Refunds

We accept returns for standard items within 14 days, provided they are unused and in original packaging. Special order items are non-returnable.

 

To request a refund, please contact us with your order details. Refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 business days after approval.

 

Please package your return securely in the original packaging, include a note of your order number and name and purchase the necessary insurance to cover the value of the goods, as we will not be able to accept a return if the item is damaged during the return delivery.

 

Special order items and any products that have been used or damaged are non-returnable.

 

If your item is faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with details and proof of purchase for assistance with a replacement or refund.
